7. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver across India.
- Standard delivery timeframe: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, holidays, or unforeseen external factors.
TinyVeni is not responsible for:
- Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts
- Shipping delays caused by courier partners
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns/exchanges are accepted if:
- The product is defective or damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
- A request is made within 7 days of delivery
Not eligible for return:
- Baby innerwear (hygiene reasons)
- Used, washed, or altered items
- Items without original packaging/tags
Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

9. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping only.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Refund for cancelled orders will be initiated to the original payment method.
