At tiny veni, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds will be accepted.


1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within:

7 days of receiving your order.

If 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns/exchanges only if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact

For quality checks, returned products must match the condition in which they were delivered.


3. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Baby innerwear (bodysuits, underwear, bloomers, etc.)
  • Any product that has been washed, used, or altered
  • Products without original tags/packaging
  • Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)

4. Refund Process

Refunds are initiated after:

  1. We receive the returned product
  2. The product passes quality inspection
  3. The return request meets our conditions

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase:

  • UPI
  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Netbanking
  • Wallets

Refund Timeline:

Processing usually takes 5–7 business days after approval.


5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for:

  • Size changes (subject to stock availability)
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Defective or damaged product

We will ship the replacement once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection.


6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

Once the order is shipped:

  • Cancellation is not possible
  • You may request a return only after receiving the product (if eligible)

For prepaid orders, cancelled-order refunds follow the same process as above.


7. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Product photos/videos showing the issue
  • Packaging photo (if applicable)

We will resolve the issue at the earliest.


8. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where:
    • You receive a defective product
    • We sent the wrong item
  • For returns due to other reasons, return pickup charges may apply.
